This case is set for initial presentation of defense evidence on November 14, 2018;

However, counsel on said date has a previously scheduled case at the Regional Trial
of Tandag City, Branch 27.

Counsel is constrained to ask for the cancellation of the November 14, 2018
schedule.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Most Honorable Court to cancel

the November 14, 2018 hearing of this case and reset it to another date, preferably on
November 21 or 28, 2018.
