land covered under TCT no. 157-2017002167, situated in Ampayon, Butuan City
containing an area of 142 square meters, AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN including
ALL FIXTURES found therein.

The last payment of Php. 1,700,000.00 is due on or before December 12, 2019.
