AMENDMENT TO OR REVISION OF THE SPECIAL POWER OF

I, EFREN BUSTRIA ABELLA of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Cato,
Infanta, Pangasinan, owner of a certain parcel of land with Tax Declaration No. 18-0006-00802,
containing an area of 587 square meters, situated at Brgy. Cato, Infanta, Pangasinan, and a parcel of
Unirrigated Riceland with Tax Declaration No. 18-0002-00284, containing an area of 14,325 square
meters, situated at Brgy. Atel-Batang, Infanta, Pangasinan, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
GARY M. BUSTRIA, my COUSIN, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Malabago,
Sta. Cruz, Zambales, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

1. The final deed of sale shall be signed by the grantor to be effective as transfer of ownership;

2. All payments shall be in the name of the grantor in the form of certified check, money order or
manager’s check. No cash or personal check shall be accepted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby certifying and confirming all that my said attorney
shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this day of March 2022, at
Infanta, Pangasinan, Philippines.
