That I, Marlita B. Soriano married to Mario Bautista of Legal age and residents of Brgy. Botao,
Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, do hereby Constitute and Appoint Dr. Perfecto B. Soriano likewise
of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Botao, Sta Barbara, Pangasinan to be my true and
lawfully attorney-in-fact, to do and perform for me in my name place steads the following
specific acts and things to wit;

“To transact business with PAWNSAFE SERVICES CORPORATION with Trade

name Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop at Sta Barbara, Pangasinan and to sign and
receive money for the rental of my portion and residential land situated at Brgy.
Maningding, Sta Barbara, Pangasinan.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about
the premises as full to all intents and purposes as I might lawfully do if personally present, and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFORMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause be done by virtue of these present, and acting in person, with full power of substitution or
revocation.
