Interview Process

We will have three rounds of interview

Technical interview (A Panel of three member)-40 % weightage


The panel will consist of Team lead, auditor, and asst. Manager

o What are the relations between CFO, CFF, CFI? Explain the relevance with
different scenarios
 Trend knowledge- 10% weightage
o What are the changes in GST recently?
 Problem solving skill-10% weightage
o Solving financial case scenarios

Managerial interview (A panel of 2 member)- 40% weightage

The panel will consist of a delivery head and a project manager.

 Domain specific knowledge- 15% weightage


o How many products have you handled in your previous company?
o Firm valuation questions
 Situational questions- 25% weightage
o Give two situations where you lead your team
o What difficulties you faced and how did you tackle those difficulties?

HR interview (1 member)- 20% weightage

Head HR at that office

 Career goals- 10% weightage


o Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
 Culture fit- 10% weightage
o How would past coworkers best describe your work style?

Background verification

 Reference check will be done by the manager before releasing of offer letter
 A third-party vendor will be doing the background check after the candidate is selected
for the positions of the Accounting Manager.
 Medical certificate by licensed practitioner on the day of onboarding.

Justification

As we are designing a test which is multi hurdle we will be eliminating at each stage if the
results are below expectations. The process will begin with shortlisting of CV according to the
labels that we have predefined. The shortlisted candidate will have to go under a mandatory
online test and according to the scores obtained the candidate will be moved to a technical round.
The test is designed to test the preliminary knowledge in finance along with assessing the
aptitude of the candidate. In technical round the selected candidate will be tested by the team
lead and auditors on his knowledge regarding the skills and experience he has shown on his CV.
If the candidate is shortlisted for managerial round the candidate will be tested on his domain
knowledge regarding the role. The final step would be an HR round where he will tested if he is
a cultural and team fit.
