NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the students appearing for following examinations can apply for
change of exam centre through student login in KTU portal up to 21-01-2022, Friday.
Last date for Colleges to "Verify" the request in portal is 22-01-2022, Saturday
Centre change requests "Verified" by the Colleges in portal will only be consdiered by
University for approval.

Guidelines:
1. Late requests for Centre change will NOT be entertained.

2. After "Submitting" requests for centre change through portal, students (both regular and
supplementary) may contact College authority for it's "Verification" in portal.

3. Class Advisor shall recommend to "verify" the request from a student for centre
change only if the opted exam centre(s) is in the home district of the student or
College(s) in the close proximity district. Such valid requests only shall be
"Verified" in the portal by College. Provision to "Verify" the student's centre
change request in portal will be available in the College login.

4. In case of invalid requests submitted by students, College can either "Reject" the request
in portal (a button will be available) or leave the request without "Verification". Requests
"Verified" by Colleges only will be accepted by University.

5. If a centre change request submitted by a student is NOT approved by University in the

portal, (s)he can attend the exam in his/her parent institute.

6. Students who wish to write exams in their parent institute itself NEED NOT apply through
portal. Their exam centre will be their parent institute by default.

7. Students shall opt 3 different colleges as exam centre. If the request is "Verified" by the
College in portal, University will allot one exam centre based on the
availability. Exam centre change once approved by University will be final for the
corresponding exam. Further requests for a change in exam centre will not be considered.

8. Mails sent to the ID: centrechange@ktu.edu.in should carry student name, register
number and contact number.
