What have I learned about the

I’ve learned about having the
benefit of your resume that
highlights your relevant
qualifications and skills. Because
of this, your professional profile
can be an effective way to
quickly show your employer
how you will be an asset to the
position you're applying for.
Another benefit of including a
professional profile is that you
can highlight specific skills and
expertise that employers
require for a certain position.

curriculum vitae, resume, and
cover letter?
The current practices that I have
searched about writing
curriculum, resume and cover
letter is that, include mention of
your current or last job,
qualifications, and professional
and academic training, tailoring
your information to make it as
relevant as possible to the
organization or job applied for.
In the body of the cover letter,
you can mention personality
traits relevant to the role at
hand. Whilst the outdated
practices is that, not including a
personal story because you are
unintentionally diluting and
diminishing the key points of
your resume when you also
include details about your
personal life and interests.

I can contribute to the
development of new practices
about developing a professional
profile by improving job
performance in keeping up with
technology, systems, processes,
learning about new
developments in our field and
improving existing skills. Also,
by increasing duties and
responsibilities on taking new
challenges in current position,
projects and more.
Reflection:

In generalization, the things I’ve learned in our pre-final lessons is that, it is important to understand,
develop and improve yourself to become one professional person because this can help you in the
future especially in your workplace to ensure you as an employee or more than that to behave in a
manner that is socially acceptable and respectful of one another. It is also important because they serve
to create organizations based on moral standards of conduct. It can motivate teamwork and increases
the bonds between colleagues. Provides personal and professional benefits by regulating the actions of
a profession and highlighting the virtues of the professional.

In the 21st century professionals, I’ve learned that technology has a big impact in our generation today
because with the help of technologies it can lessen the work of employees especially companies that are
fund of using machines, it is beneficial to them as it could process the works easier. These same
technology resources allow for information to be shared and knowledge to be built in the specific
development areas. The value of professional development in the 21 st century comes from the
investments and outcomes of educators and students, as well as the communities that are impacted by
the betterment of the educational leaders. Successful professional development in the 21st century in
education involves collaboration, expansion of knowledge, and increasing expectations for learning
outcomes. Effective professional development comes from collaboration with other colleagues. We can
rely on it as it gives as knowledge and explore more about it.

By all of these lessons, it gives me the idea to deepen my knowledge more about in the 21 st century
since it is present today, it is what people usually are adapted to. It also gives me self-confidence in
putting myself closer to my dreams of becoming one professional individual because as a tourism
student, being one professional individual helps me to see the classroom experiences as preparation for
the real world.
