Task 1: Experience as a Learner

Write about your personal experience on how technology has influenced your life as a learner
from elementary, high school and college.

During my elementary days, I usually used technology for fun. I had somehow observed my
mother, who is an expert on technology, specifically using documents to encode, creating
presentations, and using excel to list the grades of her students. I also had the experience of being
her assistant, especially on printing and encoding, where I became an expert in encoding words.
During my high school days, I learned to create such samples, like creating PowerPoint
presentations and surfing the internet. In my college days, I somehow became prone to
technology because I used technology to work, learn and enjoy. During summer days, I work
online with the use of technology. During a pandemic, I use technology to learn in order to create
communication and still be online with my teachers to catch up on my studies. I use technology
to enjoy myself while I watch movies and play games. With technology, it has changed my daily
routine in life because using gadgets could somehow ruin my health, but I manage my time using
technology. As a learner, technology has influenced my life by improving my learning abilities
and by expounding my knowledge towards technology. As of the 21st century, technology has
become useful as it is part of our daily lives to be aware and cautious.

Task 2: Experiences as a Future Teacher

Write how you are going to use technology when you will become a teacher.

As a future educator, I will discuss technology and how it has benefited students. With
technology, it will help me utilize the things to be done as a future educator. Technology will
help me become well prepared during discussions and presentations because everything will be
utilized and in proper places where I can share my ideas with the use of technology. I will also
use technology to gather all students' outputs and activities, whereas we will reduce the use of
paper.
