Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Responsible to: Project People Lead

(HRBP) - BLF
Responsible for: None Location: Country Office
Job Purpose: To provide the project with HR Business partnering and resourcing support through implementation
of HR policies, business systems, processes and tools to strengthen project delivery and successful implementation in
line with VSO’s policies/procedures and Volunteering for Development Approach.
