 Ky Luc Co., Ltd. is an expert company in forklifts and industrial
equipment. At Ky Luc Co., Ltd, today we also handle power
generators, industrial products, conveyor systems, steel&plastic
chains and bearings.

 Operating since 2004, our vision is “Our passion, Your

satisfaction”, which we believe being the essential approach for
building our reputation, trust, and credibility among our

 From 2008 we are the authorized and exclusive dealer in

Vietnam for Yale Material Handling Equipment.

1. What is the lead time of Yale units from contract signing to delivery on site?
It depends on the YALE® factory location and production time which differs model by model. Japanese
models can be delivered in 3/3,5 months, Italian/US trucks can be delivered in 4-6 months.
2. Does KLC just sells the equipment or provide full solution including advising on the selection type and
quantity of forklift based on customer needs and warehousing system, travelling distances, throughput rate,
type of racking?
Yes, we definitely provide all these services. Our experts can advise and suggest the most suitable MHE
models and specifications according to the study of your environment. Also we provide suggestions on
the different solutions between Battery Electric (Lead Acid – Lithium - Hydrogen) as well as ICE trucks
(LPG – Diesel – Petrol). We also partner with racking companies and work with them to offer a total
solution package.
3. Does KLC provide after-sales service on site?
KLC can design any solution you prefer. We offer after sales service on sales unit and included into
rental/leasing contracts too. Our warehouses in HCMC/HN are staffed with all the common spare parts in
order to minimize after sale service response.
4. Does KLC lease or rent the equipment?
KLC provides multiple solutions: lease through financial partners and full rental package. We can
customize solutions around the customer needs. We can also combine different formats.

5. Rental/leasing,…what are the conditions?
They depend on many factors. With brand new equipment we offer 3 years minimum contracts and
monthly payments. KLC rental/leasing framework offers 100% costs coverage of spare parts and
breakdowns with short service time response (depending on the distance).
Our service team will be dedicated in case of fleets over 8-10 units and will run weekly preventive
maintenance.
6.Does KLC offer short term rental?
Yes but it depends on availability of our stock. First comes, first served. We do not suggest the use
of second hand equipment for long term contracts.
7. Does KLC provide training for the forklift operators?
Sure. KLC generally runs training courses at the delivery time of the units, free of charge. This
chance can also be extended to those operators who join the company afterwards.
8. How long is the warranty period?
It is totally customizable. Minimum 1 year.
9. Does KLC run safety inspections? And is it committed to safety practises?
KLC includes inspection fee on rental service for the full contract duration and for the first 2 years
when you purchase the equipment.
Our staff receive safety training on yearly basis and we are an ECOVADIS certified company, fully
committed to increase respect of safety and environmental practices.
