1. Introduction
1.0 Light Keys System

Light Keys healing system is a self-healing modality that helps the individuals to heal
their body, life and being. The system consists of a set of high vibrational keys,
practices, protocols, processes and frequencies. This system is channelled by Nirmala
Raju (Also known as Nila or Nimi)
1.1 Light key protocols

Basic light key protocols are series of simple steps that combine the vibrations of the
light keys, light key frequencies and light key processes to address specific issues. The
protocols are self-help procedures that do not require any previous experience or
exposure to any energy healing system.
1.2 Light Key Protocol for Peace and Calm

Many times we get stressed in day to day situations of our life. When we allow
ourselves to be in these situations for a longer time, they get stored in our body and
later transform into illness.
With this light key protocol, you can instantly create calm and peace in any situation
of your life that is making you feel heavy.

2. Light Key Protocol for Peace and Calm
2.1 Introduction
This practice uses the vibration of kindness key and Waves of kindness
frequency to create peace, calm and bliss.
2.2 Procedure
1. Think about something that causes distress or heaviness in you or your life.
Assess the intensity in 0-10 scale, 10 being the maximum.
2. Take 3 deep breaths and relax.
3. Trace kindness key with your eyes 3 times. Start from the center and finish
at the center. Every time you complete a kindness key pause at the center
for a few second.
Kindness key is 2 infinity symbols intersecting in the center as shown as

below.
4. Close your eyes and be with the energy of the kindness key.
5. Simply call ‘Waves of kindness’ a few times. Waves of Kindness is a light key
frequency. Allow it to wrap you like a blanket
6. Observe how the intensity of the distress is changing. Call waves of kindness
a few more times as required.

7. Just rest and relax in this energy and assess your intensity now
2.3 Notes:
1. There is no lower or upper limit for the practice
2. No age restriction for practicing or receiving.
3. Please do not teach this practice to anyone else unless you are a facilitator.
