Dear Sir,
Based on the above references regarding the subjected enquiry, we are pleased to submit
our offer for carrying out the Subjected scope of services.
Scope Included:

1. Minimum Tools & Tackles.

Scope Excluded:

1. Arranging Safety Induction, HSE Training &security passes/gate pass for

employees & Vehicle, work permit, loading/unloading note and Insurance for
work site.
2. Cost impact due to COVID-19 /Similar Conditions.
3. Any mechanical/Electrical & Civil related works other than scope.
4. Obtaining the necessary approval for the works from concerned authority.
5. Third party vendor coordination if required.
6. Installation of panels, shifting material to site, etc.,
7. Scaffolding for working area.
8. All major items, Permanent & Consumables.
9. Printed Ferrules and Tags.
10. Arranging heavy equipment like boom truck/fork lift/man lift etc.,
11. Excavation, Backfilling, Soft sand filling, Cable tiles fixing & Route markers
installation.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Any loss of man-hours due to delay in work permit/Safety/ Non- availability of

the materials and other approvals, idle man power charges @5000 INR/day
(8Hrs) per person will be applicable.
2. Manpower will be mobilized as per the work front available.
3. Quantities are re-measurable as actual at site.
4. Client (Godrejagrovet) supervisor or their representative should always be
accompany with our team.
5. Threeya Services is not responsible for Damage to any equipment or device while
executing the work.
