Greetings of peace amidst the Corona Virus pandemic.

The undersigned is a resident of Binanuaanan, Pili, Camarines Sur and currently a 4 th

level student of the University of Nueva Caceres – School of Law. Presently, I am also a
public school teacher at Binanuaanan National High School, this municipality. In as much as
I want to expand my educational development, I am pursuing such a course not only for my
own benefit but moreso, for the benefit of my community as soon as I graduate. Hence, as a
family man, I am encountering financial constraint in the pursuit of my education endeavor.

In connection with this, I humbly request for EDUCATIONAL

ASSISTANCE that your office provides for the students like me.
