EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I. Product

MEPF for U is a consultancy and training business that provides professionals,

trained employees for consultation needs for building and repairs of households, and

training or seminars for those who wish to work in the same industry. MEPF covers the

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Fire Protection industries. These

categories are not only essential in big buildings or bigger establishments but also a

regular household. However, it is quite hard to find a place to ask for help or to consult

in when building your houses or when it comes to repairs. Aside from providing

consultation, MEPF for U also provides training for those people who would wish to

extend their skills and capabilities to people who need help in their own houses in terms

of MEPF.

II. Customers

The target customers for the business are households or people who may be new to

the area where they are living in and needs to consult on how to fix and/or install

machines, electricals, plumbing and sanitary and fire protection. It is also for the people

who would wish to enroll, study and further their career and experience in MEPF.

III. Future of the Company

MEPF for U is a business that is fast paced and adaptive in a way that in the future

it will eventually venture into app and social media to widen its reach and be more

accessible and convenient to people.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

I. Mission Statement

To provide quality service and assurance the customers that their homes are safe

spaces for them to live in long term. It is also the company’s mission to contribute to

society more people who can help in building our main goal which is to provide and

assure the uttermost safety of anyone in their own homes.

The legal structure of MEPF for U is a sole proprietorship.

MARKET RESEARCH

I. Industry

MEPF for U belongs to the office management and business process improvement

consulting industry training industry. Consultation in MEPF is mostly common for

construction of industrial or big residential areas. Generally, larger consulting firms

work with international corporations while smaller consulting firms work with both

large corporations and smaller organizations, usually closer to home. Consulting firms

structured like ours also have a history of working with local, state, and federal

government agencies.

II. Detailed Description of Customers

The target customers for the business are households or people who may be new to

the area where they are living in and needs to consult on how to fix and/or install

machines, electricals, plumbing and sanitary and fire protection. It is also for the people

who would wish to enroll, study and further their career and experience in MEPF. We

specialize in smaller groups most especially households that seek assistance for a short

period of time. It is also believed that it is essential to be knowledgeable on the more

common encounters of MEPF and the ones that are encountered on a daily basis. The

service being provided by MEPF for U draws you closer to the customers as they may

be your neighbors or your people around you that do not own big companies or living

under a highly maintained neighborhood.

III. Company Advantages

MEPF for U Consultancy and training provides services, as opposed to a product,

our advantages are only as strong as our consultants and trainers or mentors. Aside

from ensuring our team is flexible, fast, can provide expert advice and can work on

short deadlines, we will take the following steps to support consulting services:

• Maintain only PME professors to train in those who wish to enroll in the training

and seminar services

• Ensure account team members use our proprietary planning and reporting process

to stay in touch with customers and keep them updated on projects

• Provide public speaking training for all consultants

• Develop close relationships with suppliers and subcontractors who can support us

in areas such as supplies, details of existing materials, and possible clients

• All consultants should be a graduate of at least a 4-year mechanical engineering

course and a PRC license of mechanical engineering or anything related

IV. Regulations

MEPF for U follows all standard and regulations under the Philippine Constitution and

the Philippine Building Code.

protection of our proprietary processes and other intellectual property, such as our logo.

We have also registered our domain name and parked relevant social media accounts

for future use and to prevent the likelihood of someone impersonating one of our

consultants.

IV. Research and Development

The company is planning to conduct the following research and development:

a. Identify further the needs the future clients need

b. Research on the possible additional services that can be offered

c. Collect feedback and improve on the currently offered services

d. Develop an app to offer a more convenient way to deliver our services to the

customers such as bookings and etc.

MARKETING & SALES

I. Growth Strategy

To grow the company, MEPF for U will do the following:

• Network with small and big constructors for residential locations and suppliers for

MEPF materials

• Establish a company website that contains engaging multimedia content about our

services

• As the business grows, advertise in publications that reach our target industries

• Build customer relations and invite them to recommend your services to people

they know

II. Communicate with the Customer

MEPF for U will communicate with its customers by:

• Meeting with previous and current clients

• Using social media such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram

• Providing contact information on the company website

III. How to Sell

Currently, the only person in charge of sales is the CEO. As profits increase, MEPF

for U will look to add an employee to assist with account management/coordination

and sales. This individual will also provide company social media and online marketing

support. The company will increase awareness to our targeted customers through online

advertising, proactive public relations campaigns.
