EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I. Product
trained employees for consultation needs for building and repairs of households, and
training or seminars for those who wish to work in the same industry. MEPF covers the
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Fire Protection industries. These
categories are not only essential in big buildings or bigger establishments but also a
regular household. However, it is quite hard to find a place to ask for help or to consult
in when building your houses or when it comes to repairs. Aside from providing
consultation, MEPF for U also provides training for those people who would wish to
extend their skills and capabilities to people who need help in their own houses in terms
of MEPF.
II. Customers
The target customers for the business are households or people who may be new to
the area where they are living in and needs to consult on how to fix and/or install
machines, electricals, plumbing and sanitary and fire protection. It is also for the people
who would wish to enroll, study and further their career and experience in MEPF.

it will eventually venture into app and social media to widen its reach and be more

To provide quality service and assurance the customers that their homes are safe
spaces for them to live in long term. It is also the company’s mission to contribute to
society more people who can help in building our main goal which is to provide and

MEPF for U belongs to the office management and business process improvement
work with international corporations while smaller consulting firms work with both
large corporations and smaller organizations, usually closer to home. Consulting firms
structured like ours also have a history of working with local, state, and federal
government agencies.
The target customers for the business are households or people who may be new to
the area where they are living in and needs to consult on how to fix and/or install
machines, electricals, plumbing and sanitary and fire protection. It is also for the people
who would wish to enroll, study and further their career and experience in MEPF. We
specialize in smaller groups most especially households that seek assistance for a short
common encounters of MEPF and the ones that are encountered on a daily basis. The
service being provided by MEPF for U draws you closer to the customers as they may
be your neighbors or your people around you that do not own big companies or living

III. Company Advantages
our advantages are only as strong as our consultants and trainers or mentors. Aside
from ensuring our team is flexible, fast, can provide expert advice and can work on
short deadlines, we will take the following steps to support consulting services:
• Maintain only PME professors to train in those who wish to enroll in the training
• Ensure account team members use our proprietary planning and reporting process
• Develop close relationships with suppliers and subcontractors who can support us

protection of our proprietary processes and other intellectual property, such as our logo.
We have also registered our domain name and parked relevant social media accounts
for future use and to prevent the likelihood of someone impersonating one of our
consultants.
