About the Brainnest Tutors
Ben
Ben is from Germany and has been working in international
Project Management with Fortune 100 companies for 20 years
(HUGO BOSS, Bayer, T-Systems, Generali, AXA). He holds Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2, and
several other related domains.

He has been leading projects and implementing project


management processes, training project managers in planning,
stakeholder management, communication, process improvement,
and risk management.

At present, Ben dropped out of the corporate hamster wheel to


teach & coach individuals, groups, start-ups, how to work & live
purposefully to achieve financial freedom by building knowledge,
skills, and growing personally

In his practice, Ben is focused on team development and positive


leadership styles that lead to the growth of technical
competencies among the project team and organization overall.

Joseph
Joseph is a computer engineer with more than 20 years of
experience in software development, more than 12 years as a
project and product manager in many international companies.
He is PMP, scrum master certified, and doing his master in cloud
computing at Torrens University Australia. Joseph is a member of
the IEEE, Australian Computer Society (ACS), and on the
American University of Science and Technology industrial board.

He has been leading international projects since 2008 in many


domains such as telecommunications, software development, and
lately with Oncologica UK the leading precision oncology services
laboratory and contract research organization.

Joseph is an expert in applying Agile Scrum Methodology and


making teams work collaboratively and seamlessly toward a
unique objective. He is a natural leader and is always interested in
helping people grow as much as exceeding expectations with the
projects he leads. Speaks English, French and is a native Arabic
speaker.

About the Brainnest Tutors

Milena
Milena has a Project Management major from one of the top
universities in Eastern Europe with a written and defended thesis
on IT Agile Methodologies. Additionally, she has established
herself as a successful project manager working with multiple
companies worldwide. As a student, she has worked as a PR
manager, project manager, case study analyst, and SCRUM
coach. Furthermore, she was the CMO of an NGO, where
organized and coordinated over 200 events.

From 2016 onward, Milena has helped establish company


workflows, managed multiple projects simultaneously,
reworked/improved older businesses, and has numerous private
clients under her agency as a management consultant operating
worldwide. During her years of experience, Milena has become
versed in various fields - from client communication and client
acquisition to negotiation, multi-team management, and product
ownership.

Milena has experience as a certified trainer and public speaker,


with over 100 online and on-location events under her belt,
covering everything from management to negotiation and
communication tactics. Collectively, Milena has around 120 hours
of training experience covering a vast array of different student
levels. Milena speaks Serbian, French, and English.
