Benefits : For all kind of Top ups in Real estate plan you will get the following benefits. I. e 3 %
every month for the first 6 months , 4% every month for the next 6 months , 5 % every month for
the next 6 months, 7 % every month for the next 6 months, 8 % every month for the next 6
months and 10 % every month for the last months.

THE COMPENSATION PLAN:-


The Company offers Various Benefits in this Bi- Gen Plan, The details of which are explained
below One by One: You can refer any number of persons in this system. For the purpose of
Salary Benefit Calculations below all the Directs will be placed in a Binary System and for all
the Other Income calculations your directs shall be placed as, in a Generation Plan. If you fail to
topup your self ID within the closing date then your weaker binary points will be lapsed.

BINARY/REFERRAL INCOME

REFERRAL INCOME:- You will get referral commission on all your direct sales on Referral
Point basis. The value of 1 referral point is Rs 100/- .

TEAM BUILDING INCENTIVE : You get 125 Rs on 1: 1 Team Building Incentive Basis.
First pair will be calculated on 1:2 or 2:1 basis. To get ( T.B.I) your I.D will be upgraded by Rs
3500/-

a)- You must be eligible to get the full benefits of your down lines in the Salary System (i.e. you
must top-up with any of the options from Group A, B or C)

b)- The slabs mentioned in the salary structure are on an additional basis i.e. when you have 10
points on both the sides you are on the first slab and to move on to the next you need total 25 on
both the sides, you will get Salary benefits of next level only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. ALL DISTRIBUTORS MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS
FROM THE DATE OF REGISTRATION.
2. THE VALUE OF MINIMUM CHEQUE TO BE RELEASED WILL BE RS.300.
3. TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF PAYOUT FROM THE COMPANY,YOU MUST HAVE TWO DIRECTS (ONE LEFT- ONE
RIGHT) SPONSORED FROM YOUR OWN I.D.
4. THERE WILL BE A DEDUCTION OF 15% FROM THE PAYOUT INCLUDING THE DEDUCTION OF T.D.S. (T.D.S.WILL
BE DEUCTED AS PER THE APPLICABLE GOVT. NORMS).
5. THE BINARY AND REFERAL PAYOUT WILL BE RELEASED ON FORTNIGHTLY BASIS AND ALL OTHER
COMMISSIONS WILL BE RELEASED ON MONTHLY BASIS.
6. ANY KINDS OF DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF BUSINESS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS
OF THE CITY OF INDORE.
7. DEMAND DRAFTS SHOULD BE RAISED FAVOURING M/S GCL DEVELOPERS LIMITED ,PAYABLE AT INDORE.
8. CASH IS ACCEPTED ONLY AT THE COMPANY OFFICE IN INDORE ,THE RECEIPT OF WHICH SHOULD BE
OBTAINED, THE COMPANY NEITHER ENCOURAGES/AUTHORISES ANY OF IT’S DISTRIBUTORS TO COLLECT
CASH FROM THE MARKET NOR DOES IT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY PERSON’S ACTS IN THE MARKET IN
CASE OF ANY DISCREPENCY IN ROUTINGTHE PAYMENTSTO THE COMPANY.
