Welcome to Fit On Fast Food — the ultimate fast food restaurant guide to helping
busy people like you on the run to stay on track, supercharge their metabolism
and make the best choice while on the road or managing a hectic life.

I created this guide because I get it.

I get that you don’t always have the perfect plan, the time or the energy to eat

INTRO: WHAT’S MY BODY TYPE?


We’re all different.

We have different bodies, genetics, shapes, sizes, tendencies and requirements.


By taking our individual needs into account, we maximize our success with our
fitness and fat loss goals.

In this section, we’re going to help you discover your body type so you can
customize Fit On Fast Food for your needs and achieve the best possible results
in and out of the gym.

First, let me identify the three main body types:

Ectomorph.
Mesomorph.
Endomorph.

Here’s what these look like:

When you look at this visual, which do you immediately identify with? Take a note
before we keep going. As you can tell above, there are some stark differences in
here and we all generally fall into one of these 3 main types.

ECTOMORPH

Usually thin, long muscles with a tendency to store less body fat. Ectomorphs
have a hard time gaining fat, but also gaining muscle. Typically, even if they eat a
ton, they have trouble putting on weight and can be called “hardgainers.” They
can eat a ton of food and still not gain weight.

Here are some ways to identify if you’re an Ectomorph:

● Thin, long muscles


● Low to medium body fat
● Gaining muscle is hard
● Shoulders more narrow than hips
● Body looks long, slim and narrow
● Able to eat a lot without putting on weight

MESOMORPH

Mesomorphs have medium sized bones, look more athletic in general, wide
shoulders and a narrow waist. They generally have an easier time gaining muscle
and don’t put on fat easily either. They adapt quickly to new programs and tend to
see results fast.

Here are some ways to identify if you’re an Mesomorph:

● Athletic build
● Medium sized bones
● Shoulders and hips are similar width
● Body looks rugged and square shaped
● Fitted jeans can feel snug around hips/butt
● Body tends to stay muscular by default

ENDOMORPH

Lastly, Endomorphs tend to have wider waists, larger bones, and tend to store fat
much more easily instead of muscle. If putting fat on is easy for you and you’ve
struggled to lose weight and bodyfat, you’re likely an Endomorph.

Here are some ways to identify if you’re an Endomorph:

● Wider waist
● Larger bones
● Struggle with weight loss
● Can put on muscle, but comes with fat
● Jeans and pants are tight around waist
● Shoulders wider than hips
● Body looks more round and soft
