Ruth’s routine
When I go to bed, I usually brush my teeth at 8:00 o’clock after dinner, but sometimes I forget
it and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to do so. Occasionally, when I'm too
lazy, I set up an alarm just for that. On the other hand, there is one thing I'll never be able to
do, and it is washing my face before bed, because that always wakes me up. In the morning, I
always wake up and immediately and take a shower, I usually put on shorts and a t-shirt,
sometimes I wear a formal dress when I have to go to work. I often have eggs for breakfast,
but always I must drink a delicious coffee.

PREPARATION:
Our first step in the making of this dish is put to boil the four-chicken breast in a hot
pot with water until it boils and the chicken is cooked
Once this process is ready, we going to dice the chicken and cut all the bell peppers,
the onion, the garlic clove and the vegies
Next to this, put the pot that you use to boil the chicken without water in medium
heat, here we’re going to cook the chopped bell peppers, onion and garlic, for that
add the 3 tablespoon of cooking oil, add the vegetables and mix
Then when the vegetables turn brown mix the previously washed rice by littles, add
some rice and mix until you finish the mix of the rice with de vegetables. This
progress adds some specific flavors in this dish
After that we going to integrate the rest of the ingredients, the dice chicken, the
chicken flavor, the seasoning sachet, the salt and the water
Next to this mix all the ingredients and let it cook in medium heat about 15 minutes
or until the rice get dry
Once that the rice absorbs all the water, close the pot and cook in low heat another
10 or 15 minutes until the rice get soft
Finally serve this dish accompanied by fries and some ketchup
Remember you can always change this dish adding new ingredients like sausage, some new
seasonings, some other types of rice or any more or less vegetables or meats
