and you must create visually engaging dashboard for business decision making. The Dashboard must be
accompanied with a report containing

1. What is your purpose in creating the dashboard?

2. What key performance indicators or metrics have you tracked to fulfil the purpose of your dashboard
and why?

3. Who will get benefitted while using the dashboard and how?

4. Explain the Components of your dashboard and their usage.

5. Explain how the charts are compatible with the results that you want to display

6. List down Some of the critical decisions that can be made using your dashboard and the deployment
strategies to incorporate the evidence-based decisions in the business.

7. Key Trends observed using the Dashboard.

Every Project must be accompanied with the following files

i. Excel Dashboard with all the sheets and calculations

ii. Minimum of 10 components should be present in the dashboard
iii. Report incorporating the above points
iv. Every Report must contain the report of the individual contribution of the student in
the group i.e., Last Pages of the report should contain the individual Student name, Roll
No and explanation of

to real life situations.
