Small animals can be very dangerous. The Poison
Dart Frog is a beautiful blue colour. It lives in
Central and South America. It is only
5 cm long but it is one of the most poisonous
animals on Earth. It eats a lot of insects and the
poison from these goes into its skin. The native
people use the poison to kill animals for food.
Not all snakes are dangerous but some of them can
hurt or kill humans. The world’s most poisonous
snake lives in Australia. Just one bite from the
Inland Taipan can kill up to 100 people. Luckily,
these snakes are very shy and do not like human
contact.
The sea is home to dangerous animals too. The
