Recommendation
We were concerned from the outset about identifying the independent factors that influence the
consumer purchasing behavior towards foreign skincare products. From the survey and analyzing
the results, we came to know that brand loyalty has the most impact on the consumer purchase
behavior towards foreign skincare products among all four independent variables. We would like
to recommend the following initiatives from our results, both from a consumer and
organizational standpoint.
• The brand should meet the promise they made for their customers.
• The consistent performance should be fulfilled in order to provide the best value to the
existing customers.
• The consumer should be aware of the product performance and brand image while
purchasing the foreign skincare product
• To secure a larger market share, foreign brands should develop product characteristics
according to the local needs and also consider the climate factors.
We tried to bring the reasons behind the consumers purchasing intention towards foreign
skincare products. The methods and techniques showed the influence brand loyalty has over
consumer purchase intention towards foreign skincare products. We hope our findings will
help the organizations as well as the consumer to take an effective decision towards foreign
skincare products.
