Agreement- Zonal Scholarship

Location- Pune

This Agreement is hereby made and entered into at New Delhi on 18th January 2022 by and
between the SASAKAWA INDIA LEPROSY FOUNDATION, New Delhi (here in after
referred to as “S-ILF”), on the One Part and Mr. Pradon Shinde Son of Ashok Shinde ,
Resident of Antulenagar Colony Near Kondhwa Hospital Pune (hereinafter referred to as
“Scholar”) on the Other Part.
WHEREAS the party on the One Part, namely S-ILF, is an independent Indian Charitable Trust
and committed to the vision of mainstreaming the leprosy affected.
S-ILF’s activities encompass a host of strategized initiatives, aimed at helping people affected
by leprosy and their families gain access to education, training and for feasible livelihood
options.
 This Agreement is subject to the Scholar Meeting, S-ILF’s selection criteria along with a
personal interview and producing a letter of admission in MBA from Trinity Institute of
Management and Research, Pune . This Agreement shall come into effect on the day it is
signed by both Parties. The Agreement shall continue to the end of the MBA by the Scholar
subject to performance condition laid down under terms of reference in this agreement.
Terms of Reference
 The Scholar is selected under Zonal Scholarship Programme for pursuing MBA from
Trinity Institute of Management and Research, Pune .
 The scholarship provided to the scholar for MBA including admission, Maintenance, Mess,
Accommodation and Tuition fees etc. will amount to maximum of Rs. 39,206 /-.
 Fees will be paid directly to the institute. The total scholarship will be paid up to Rs 39,206
only.

 If Scholar fails to achieve an adequate level of performance as determined by her Principal/
Supervisor or where the Scholar is disqualified/ debarred/ suspended or does not remain
enrolled full-time in the Program, S-ILF will have right to cease the Scholarship with
immediate effect.

 If a Scholar is found to have misrepresented any facts about his/her personal, academic or
financial information, S-ILF will be entitled to discontinue the scholarship.
Note: Examination fees and few other components are not included in the fees structure.
The scholar will be paid the fees once he will produce the original receipts to S-ILF.
Expectations from the selected candidates
Once selected for the Scholarships, the following will be expected from the students:
 Regular attendance and dedication to learning
 High academic performance
 The candidates will adhere to all the rules, regulations, and discipline of the respective
institution/hostel where they are studying. Any report from the institute/hostel which
amounts to violation of the above would result in the removal of the candidate from the
Scholarship Program.
 The candidates are expected to submit quarterly reports related to their scholastic
performance to S-ILF.
