FRIENDSHIP
Personally I believe TO BE A GOOD FRIEND. "you have" to share the same passions,
hobbies and listen to the words of your friend and support him when needed, then
help him in time of need.For example when you realize that your friend is sick you
have to try to comfort him with words of help that can cheer him up.It is also
necessary to be available and entrust them to him and respectful.
I think I'm a good friend because I respect these simple "rules"
On social media,I met some friends that then I met in real life too.The online
friendship is very different from real life friendship because an online friendship is
on a chat and it is a little weird for the reason that you can’t have physical contact.
The differences are big but online friendship, despite differences, can be very
important in our lives. I have known my best friends for five years

STRESS
In my life I don’t have much stress, and it’s menageable. I think people feel stressed
when they have an interrogation or an important exams. Stress can cause a lot of
problems like headaches, sickness and others. But at the same time I think there are
quite stressful other situation like: when I listen to music and when I watch TV
Series. There are some strategies for combact stress. I think the most strategies
useful are: socialise more, exercise more, go walking and others. For example I
alredy used some strategies like: do something relaxing and creative. But there are
other stragies I will use in the future like: meditate or pray, eat a snack or see my
best friend and step away from the screen.

CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTION
in this period the coronavirus has changed our lives. We have been forced to stay at
home for many months and respect some rules such as wearing a mask .We all had
to respect these rules to safeguard our lives and that of others. Personally, at first I
was scared because it was a difficult situation for everyone and we hoped to return
to normal as soon as possible.In these months we had to learn to live with this virus
and respect these restrictions, hoping to return to normal as soon as possible
 4-CRIME
Everyday people consume the news from a variety of sources including television,
radio, newspaper, and the Internet but few are aware of potential biases in the
construction and reporting of news stories. All news, no matter the source, has a
constructed newsworthy quality. The most common crime on social media and tv
are cybercrime,mugging and domestic abuse.

PROGRAMMES AND TV SERIES

In my free time I often watch TV series or film. My favourite TV series Prison Break :
The series talks about two brothers, Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield;
Burrows has been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit, and
Scofield devises an elaborate plan to help his brother escape prison . I
usually watch my programmes on tv or on a tablet. Often I watch my favourite
programmes alone but sometimes I watch that with my family. I always decide the
programmes to watch but when I am with my family, we decided together.

BOOKS
My favourite types are the science fiction books.b I like this genre because it is full of
twists and turns and it is compelling, also this type has fascinated me a lot since I
was a child

I don't like autobiographical books because I find them boring and they don't
interest me
I prefer to read with e-readers
Personally I don’t like reading book.I often buy books on amazon and I read 2-3
books a year

my favorite book is fahrenheit 451, it talks about a dystopian future in which

firefighters burn books
VIDEOGAMES
Videogames are becoming more and more popular among people of all ages,
especially in teenagers and children. 
They’re so successful because they’re very funny and entertaining, there are a lot of
videogames so you can choose which you prefer and play it as a way to relax your
selves or to play in company with your friends in fact when you play videogames you
can also speak and interact with other people who is playing with you, so it’s very
funny because you work as a team
Yes,I do.I often play Rocket league and cod.i play videogames to have fun with mi
friends and to relax. Only training. Player will control a car, called Battle-Car, in a
rectangular field with two doors on the smaller sides. There are two teams (Orange
and Blue) from 1 to 4 players. The aim of the game is to send as many balls in the
opposing goal. The team that has scored the most goals in 5 minutes will win the
game.

SPORTS
Sport is an important activity for our body because it keeps us healthy and
strong. it is useful because it is a way to unload the tension and anxiety
especially for students who that expect anxiously their tests or exams. 
I like playing football with my friends  .   you must have football boots, shin pads
and matching strips. The goalkeepers will additionally wear padded gloves as
they are the only players allowed to handle the bal. To score the ball must go
into your opponent's goal. A goal can be scored with any part of the body
apart from the hand or arm up to the shoulder.
 If the scores are level after 90 minutes then the game will end as a draw
apart from in cup games where the game can go to extra time and even a
penalty shootout to decide the winner. Players must use their feet to kick the
ball and are prohibited to use their hands apart from goalkeepers who can
use any part of their body. i never win competition i practiced soccer until 3
years ago.

E-SPORT
I’m for to esports because this are a new type of entertainment and I like it because I
play videogames and and seeing this type of entertainment is a great satisfaction for
me and all video game fans

WEATHER
It may sound strange, but my favourite weather is when it is cloudy, windy
and drizzling as it makes me feel calm and relaxed. It is very pleasant.However, I
don't like heavy rains and downpours. And I hate when temperature goes below
zero, it's too cold for me. 

WILD ANIMAL
No,I haven’t because in my country wild animals rarely come near the city.
During the lockdown many wild animals have been seen in the city like ducks,
wild boars, fawns, squirrels,wolves,foxes,bears and hares came near
city,while near the coast of Cagliari have been seen dolphins. Problems arise
with the attitude of some species. Some animals, because they come from
different ecosystems, could cause irreparable damage, wild boars,for
example, which damage agricultural crops, would do the same with city
gardens and parks, as well as being dangerous because they could cause
road accidents.

PLANT POWER
Everyone suffers occasionally from a headache, a bad cold or a skin
rash. Most of us go to the chemist’s to buy the usual medicines for these
conditions, but some people believe these medicines are a waste of time and
that natural remedies are more effective. Personally, if I had a cold, I’d take a
couple of paracetamol. She has always used natural remedies, common
plants from her garden and food from her kitchen, to cure every day illnesses.

She believes that if people used natural remedies instead of medicines, they

wouldn’t suffer from unpleasant side effects. If you have a rash, she’ll make a
paste from cold porridge to put on your skin. Garlic contains allicin, a
substance that can kill the bacteria that cause throat infections, so it really
would help, if you took it for a sore throat.

if a person doesn’t find a work in his country, he can travel to another nation
and find another job.For this reason, I feel European , but when a person
asks me where I from, I’ll always answer that I am Italian, not European.

I recognize myself as a European citizen and I think that
