Role AVP – IT Applications Location Mumbai

Department IT Applications Grade Chief Manager / AVP
Purpose of Job (in brief i.e. in 2/3 Lines)
To support the IT Applications team in various projects and to add value for future growth of the
organization.
He / She will be responsible, Guide & Lead Applications team for support and changes that needs to be done
on day to day basis.
Responsibilities / Expectations:

 Has managed Technology projects (Lending Domain) end to end i.e. from requirements gathering to
Go Live
 Understand the various users (Product/Business/Operations/Risk/Legal/Collections/IT)request and
prepare the final acceptable requirement.
 Liaise With IT Vendors to address day to day requirements of the Organization, Ensure compliance in
terms of documentation and onboarding.
 Co-ordination with vendor to get the deliverables as per schedule.
 Monitor UAT for any every new functionality (Product/Module/Change/Enhancement) that being
developed by vendor and Signoff to move the functionalities on the production.
 Monitor Day to day system schedules/support (downtime, EOD, BOD, EOM, backup, etc)
 Proactive in Innovation & automation of various processes for both NBFC & HFC Domain
 Knowledge of RBI & NHB Compliances
 System training to process team and the concerned team along with SOP (Standard Operating
Procedure Manual) preparation.
 Involve in Software requirements, system support, innovation, automation, enhancements, and
testing basis the assignments.
 Control on day-to-day transactions in the system & system Audit.
 Regular tracking of all types of service requests and managing the deliveries of the same.
 Continuous monitoring to ensure process improvements within IT Applications team and at
Organization Level.

Knowledge & Skills Required Knowledge in Lending Software (Mortgages, Car Loans, Two
Wheelers, PL & BL)
Knowledge in SQL
Total years of Experience Minimum 10-12 years/Project experience
Relevant Experience Minimum 4-5 years
Qualification Minimum Graduate in Technology, Certifications in Project
Management
Position reporting to Head – IT Applications / CTO
Team handling (If yes, no. of reportees) 5 to 10 People
