Blue ocean strategy doesn’t last forever. Therefore, changes are must for it.

There were issues in hiring the employees in the organization. Since, they didn’t get right employees
to the organization, they didn’t achieve their goals.

Suggestions:

1. They can offer more attractive benefits to the employees which could motivate them
2. They can build a strong HR team to select the right candidates
3. They should organize a training and developing programs.
4. They can diversify into various activities
5. They can expand into new locations.
