Changes which can be made by Cirque du Soleil

 Human capital is the biggest asset at Cirque’s disposal and they need to recognize that. They
need to evaluate how much more it costs to find new talented employees than it would just
train the ones which they already have. The upper management team can examine the
strengths and weaknesses in their talent pool and allowing them to focus on fine-tuning of
those talents.
 If employees see better retention practices, they might see more benefit in accepting and
exceling in the training that they are to endure.
 In order to overshadow the lack of new incoming talent, Cirque would need to have such
outlandish training methods in place in order to foster their own internal talent.
 It should incorporate their employee retention strategy with their long term corporate goals
as well as continuity of their business.
