Discussion:
 ISGL (~ $400)

Conclusions:  Tewksbury Country Club and the Radisson are not plausible due to cost and other
constraints including negative experience at the Radisson.
 Keep ISGL as a back-up

 Resolved glue issues and fixed problem by replacing the tiles with granite – NO labor was
charged by the contractor
 Plywood separation: It was assumed that O-ring seal in the toilette may be the source of a
Discussion: leak that caused the plywood to separate. The contractor was to investigate, unfortunately
when the plumber came to observe the issue somebody from the community has caused
the toilette to be clogged and flooded the bathroom. This caused extensive damage the
plywood and to the sisters bathroom. As a consequence ISGL is fully responsible to fix the
damage and any previous leak is overshadowed by the flooding.
