house agriculture etc.
Mid pressure: 200 psi; There will be water moisture residual. The system is
designed using standard centrifugal pumping unit.
High pressure: 1000 psi; this type of misting system is widely used in outdoor
landscape including water features & green area (fog effect), cooling in patio,
open restaurants, golf drive ways etc.

 Misting system work so effectively because of the high pressure pump.

 The pump pushes the water through ¼” nylon/steel lines to brass mist
nozzles, producing microscopic droplets of water.
 The fine mist of water droplets hits the hot air and flash evaporates to
cool the surrounding space up to 15 degrees.
Concept
 Mist cooling systems can be used effectively in most geographical locations
because when temperatures reach their peak during the day, humidity is
normally at its lowest point.
 Evaporative cooling is based on a physical phenomenon of converting the
sensible heat of air to latent heat which leads to decrease the dry bulb
temperature of air and increase the relative humidity to a certain extent.
 Relative humidity is a crucial factor in determining the cooling potential.
 It is based on evaporative cooling,
