Letter of Recommendation

I am glad to endorse the application of Mr. Axxxxh Sxxh for his graduate studies at your prestigious
institution. As a Senior Manager at Printserv, I have known Axxxxh since 1st June 2016 during his internship
at my company for 45 days. I am assessing Axxxxh on his performance during his internship here.
PrintServ is a technology partner with a broad spectrum of business services offerings in networking arena in
India, such as mobile VSAT solutions, marine connectivity solutions, and customized solutions as per
organization needs. We are Authorized Service Support partner for Airtel Enterprises & Telemedia Services
Limited (Data Group & DTH Services). Axxxxh was a network auditor, whose responsibilities included
auditing new connections and managing the network security of old connections as well.
At the start of his internship, Axxxxh was excited to work in the corporate world and he handled it very well.
In the first few days of his training he showed immense focus and eagerness to learn. The responsibilities
given to him were slightly difficult, but with a little guidance he could complete the tasks assigned to him
efficiently. He was extremely interested in network security and easily understood the concepts, such as WAN
and Firewall, which was so thorough and complete that many of his senior colleagues would ask him for
advice in this matter.
Axxxxh was always punctual and completed his work on time. He tried to learn new things by helping
colleagues and would never sit idle if he was free. He was very intuitive in suggestions he made during his
internship and received appreciation from his subordinates. He demonstrated a good grasp on the various
problems faced and could solve them easily. I vividly recall him tackling the problem of access related or
connectivity issue of client or speed issue in peak hours. He would complete his auditing flawlessly and if
there were any mistakes he would rectify them in no time. He would also help others with their issues,
troubleshooting errors with little guidance.
Moreover, he showed good work ethics throughout the period like honesty, a positive attitude, taking
initiatives, caring about coworkers, doing more than expected, being reliable and responsible, learning new
skills and being a good team player. I also recall that once Axxxxh completed his colleague's work because he
had fallen ill and an audit document had to be submitted to the client on urgent basis. When I assigned him
this work he showed no contempt to take on extra work and completed it within the stipulated time period.
Axxxxh also has good communication skills and maintained the customer-company relationship in an
effective manner. The failures he came across were dealt positively and he made sure that they didn't hamper
his progress. He has a good social skill and never felt uncomfortable working in a team and befriended his
colleagues quickly. He always had a smile on his face and he worked extremely well in a team. Axxxxh also
demonstrated his altruistic nature while at the company through _______ activity.
To summarize, Axxxxh is an independent, motivated, organized, and disciplined. His strong analytical skill
was a boon for our department. I am sure that he will be a great student at your university and a successful
