Although our site is reserve for rubber plantation, but it is also close with residential area and
industrial area. So, it is possible for the landuse type change from agriculture to residential type
in the future. Furthermore, the site nearby with the industrial area so, it is also contribute
another factor that area will become bigger and rapid development due to number of labor

CHARACTERISTIC OF FLORA
FOUNDED AT PROPOSED AREA
As the site is a farmland, most crops in the area are covered by semi-mature rubber plants.
Humid soil conditions due to low levels from sea level and average temperatures from 22 to
35 °C make this area ideal for this crop.

Figure above shoes the information regarding the Air Pollution Index. The reference stations that
was chosen is located at the Kangar, Perlis. From the figure, it can be said that there are no
symbol indicates the situation like in the legend above for the proposed area(red arrow). So, the
air is said to be in good condition.
