Click on the "insert" - "sketch in task environment" and dialog box pops up.
Click on the X-Y datum in the screen and finish the sketch as shown in Fig.1-3.
Extrude the sketch as shown in Fig.1-3.

4. creating the wcs

Click the menu ‘format’- ’wcs’- ’dynamic’ to move the wcs coordinate to the center of the circle and then
rotate it as shown in Fig.1-5.

5. sketching and extruding

Click on the "insert" - "sketch in task environment" and dialog box pops up.
Select the ‘existing plane’ and click the X-Y face of extrude2 in the screen and finish the sketch as shown in
Fig.1-6.
Extrude the sketch as shown in Fig.1-6.
