Role : Automotive Embedded Tester

Duration : December 2016 – November 2018
Platform : Linux, Python (for white box testing)

Summary:

To verify and validate, whether the programmed source codes are present as per the
Customer specified functional sequences within the communicating packages. Testing the
Radio Hardware features as per the test specification for functional and non-functional test
cases.

Contribution:

Summary:
Development of DAB Radio Application layer for EU/UAE markets. Enterprise
Architect was used in the design phase of the project and development was carried out in
C. The Scope of the project is providing DAB Audio Features Like Tune, Manual Channel
Up/Down, Seek(Ensemble Seek, Service Component Seek, Non- Stop Seek), DAB-DAB
Linking, DAB-FM Linking and Traffic Announcements were provided for both EU/UAE
markets.

Contribution:

• Understand NXP SAF36XX Tuner's behavior and DAB Core API's which
provide the data to the application.
• Capturing the Customer requirements necessary for implementation of all the DAB
Features.
• Preparing the ENG.04 Software Requirement Specification for all the Audio Features.
• Maintaining Traceability Matrix for Software Requirements to Customer Requirements.
• Implementing Audio Features like Traffic Announcements and DAB Diagnostics
for EU and UAE market in HSM framework and as per MISRA C/C++ Standards.
