In Pakistan, a big number of people are unaware of the banking sector or it’s usage.
Deprived from Technology, for the outgrowth of whole country, every individual needs to
have a proper channel to accommodate their financial needs.
This project will play a part of bridge to accommodate their needs.

Initial Risks:

• Lack of knowledge of mobile user.

• User’s ignorance of banking operations.
• When anyone gets / has access to Account Holder’s PIN and SIM with Bank’s registered account numbers and
Account Holder fails to inform the Bank.
• Account holder chooses the PIN which can be easily guessed.
• Unavailability of mobile network or internet services because of natural or other disasters.
• In case of any mishap with associated bank’s operations, the mobile banking could also be compromised.
• Improper use of services my held the user liable for any extra payments.

Initial Risks:
• The user can be a victim of any online fraud.
• The risk of hacking of mobile app.
• Change of user’s information after account creation i.e., address, mobile number etc.
• In order to grab the market, we must need to launch this App before our competitors. (Jazz Cash and
UBL Omni) Any delayed approval from any approving authority may impact the launch of our project
within constraints (time, cost etc.).
• Unavailability of Internet in rural areas.
