Incorporated in 2019 in Mumbai, White Light Food manufactures hand-churned cooking sauces,
gravies and pastes, serving up authentic Asian flavours catered to the Indian palate. We also offer a
range of ready-to-cook dimsums, that are made with the finest quality ingredients and special attention
to detail.

Our state-of-the-art central kitchen and production facility is located in the heart of Mumbai city and
we cater to a diverse set of clients, across the HORECA, wholesale, retail and direct to consumer
segments.

We believe in bringing the authentic Asian culinary experience right to our consumers’ kitchens and
plates, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. All our products are free of
added colours and preservatives, as well as MSG/ Ajinomoto, ensuring cleaner, fresher and healthier
products that are just as easy to eat, as they are to cook with.

About Our Director

White Light Food is the brainchild of Megha Poddar, belonging to the illustrious Siyarams family, a
leading Indian menswear brand since over 40 years. Her business acumen and sharp foresight helped
the company to successfully open 200+ EBOs of Siyarams pan India. Her passion for innovation led
her to start White Light Food, to tap into the growing demand for ready-made cooking sauces, both at
the retail and HORECA levels, aimed at the ever growing Asian cuisine segment pan India.
