Is everyone doing their jobs outside of the Guided Math table?
Observation Notes:
-Girls are you doing your job? That doesn’t sound like your job
-“You should be whispering, _____, please sit up.”
-Hands on top cue - “where should your hands be.”
-Asked _____ and _____ if they were cleaning up and if they knew where
they were going before you started with your next group
“Ok, are we doing our jobs _____” – went and checked on him
-Bexley wasn’t sure where to go since she’s alone. Checked in and gave
her a choice of centres
-_____ was off task the whole time during Math by myself
-“_____, bud, are you doing your job?” – was on task for about a minute
-“_____, please sit up buddy” – went back to throwing cards around
-“Where should your hands be, _____?” – he kept moving
-Checked in again with ______ about her group
-“_____ do you have something to do?”
-“Does everyone has something to do?”
-“How about we all spread apart instead of being on the carpet” and then
moved groups away from each other
