DETAIL MANUFACTURING

PROCESS
WORK FLOW CHART
PROCESS SUMMARY

1.) Raw Material Introduction: Ready-made stainless sheet materials will be used as raw
materials at the facility. Electronic equipment (cells) supplied ready from the market will be
placed in the container as auxiliary material.

Raw materials and auxiliary materials will be brought to the facility from home and abroad.
The raw materials will be transported directly to the area reserved as the stock area in the
facility area and will be stored in the raw material stock area. Excipients will be stored in
closed areas in sections reserved as warehouses.

2.) Project: The projects to be produced in the container e-house, either from the customer or
designed in line with the customer's requests, will be detailed to be put into production in the
work preparation unit at the facility. The raw materials and auxiliary materials required for the
production of the detailed projects will be ordered and supplied by the project managers, the
consumable manufacturing unit. The production department, which receives detailed projects,
will determine the raw materials and move them to the production areas.

3.) Manufacturing: First of all, the containers called Modular Electric Room will be
manufactured. The ready-made sheet material will be made ready for assembly by going
through laser cutting, guillotine shear and bending processes in order.

As stated in the projects, the welding processes of the parts whose preparation processes have
been completed will be carried out. Necessary welding machines will be used in these
processes. The quality control processes of the containers that have been prepared will be
carried out step by step at every necessary stage.

4.) Assembly: After the containers are prepared, inner cell assembly will be done.

5.) Painting and Surface Cleaning: Painting and surface cleaning activities will not be carried
out at the facility, and the containers whose cell assembly has been completed will be sent to
the company from which the service is received for painting and sandblasting activities.

6.) Insulation: Containers that will be brought back to the facility after painting and surface
cleaning will be insulated in order to increase their resistance to weather conditions.

7.) Shipment: After the isolation process is completed, appropriate packaging will be made and
loaded on trucks and delivered to customers.
ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS

There will be no waste generation arising from the process in the enterprise. It is possible to
form waste cartridges from the use of waste fluorescent and printers in administrative buildings
due to lighting. Contaminated waste and contaminated packaging may occur due to
maintenance-repair at the facility.

No industrial wastewater will be generated at the facility and only domestic wastewater will be
generated. Domestic wastewater generated at the facility is collected in the septic tank.
Domestic waste water collected in the septic tank will be collected in certain periods by ASKİ
vacuum truck.
