– What habit he/she was

– And explain why you want to develop this habit

To be honest, there were a plethora of people coming across my life. You know,
back the time when I was a secondary student, I was kind of a self-centered
person. In turn, I didn’t learn any wholesome habits as well as the personality of
my fellow peers. But, when I embarked on high school, I had my head stuck in
tons of books and came to realize that each individual I met in this world is
worth learning if I try to look at the good sides of them. Let me tell you about
my childhood friend with whom I lost contact for a long time.
We struck up a friendship at a very young age. We used to be besties but it
wasn’t true at this time because she moved into Hanoi city to study and live, for
the record, her parents were rolling in money so they wanted to facilitate her
study. Since that time, we no longer talked to each other. But I still follow her
life through her social media account. And I was in awe of her lifestyle.
She recently has had a crack at doing yoga but she could bend her body easily
and intimated the shape of a peacock, raven.. and plenty of challenging patterns.
She shared her story about the tough journey of taking up yoga with the aim of
treating shoulder and neck pain. I received inspiration from her healthy and
positive state of mind. You know, in this day and age, a myriad of teenagers,
even grown-ups indulge themselves in vain amusements and are indolent to
doing a gentle exercise every day. They are likely to lead a sedentary life. But
unlike all of them, she attaches importance to health and whips herself into
shape. Hence, she finally paid off. Now, she has an hourglass figure which I
really wish to. If she can do it, so can I.
