NARRATIVE
What makes a competent health care provider? This question is easy to
answer; following the qualities that are listed above molds someone—especially
the health care providers—to become better. As a student, I believe that
openness to some ideas outside our capacities can enhance the care that we want
for our patients. We should not criticize to make someone down, but to make
someone better. Aside from that, to come up with a better solution to a problem,
we should coordinate to other people—more ideas, more answers—by that, we
can find a better solution. By making decision, we should not be biased. In lieu,
we should listen and decide with critically to avoid errors.
