Disney's Hollywood Hotel

This is one of two hotels at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island,
Hong Kong. It opened in 2005 along with the resort. The theme of this hotel is 1930s
Hollywood. This hotel has 600 guestrooms .Each room with the "garden view", the "sea
view" or the "park view" that overlooks the Hong Kong Disneyland park.

 Theme

The Garden of the hotel is decorated with a Hollywood theme. Decorations include classic
cars from the 1930s, a pavement decorated as a strip of film, names of roads and highways
in California and even the 'world famous' "HOLLYWOOD HOTEL" sign. Its themed is to the
1930 golden age of movies. The hotel is in U shaped.

 Dining

There are five restaurants in the hotel:

 Chef Mickey is the main restaurant and it has an international cuisine buffet.
 Hollywood & Dine has quick-service food and beverages.
 Studio Lounge is a full-service bar with specialty drinks and snacks.
 The Sunset Terrace opens seasonally, with outdoor BBQ cuisine.
 The Piano Pool Bar sells drinks to guests sitting around a piano-shaped pool.
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

This hotel situated at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. It also as part of a main
expansion of the Disneyland Resort in 2001. It features a Disney Vacation Club wing that
opened in September 2009.

Designed by architect Peter Dominick. This theme is in view of Arts and Crafts movement of
the early 1900s. Although the large scale of the hotel have 750 rooms, but the architecture
still captures the key elements of the Craftsman style.

The theme was taken from a garden idea and scaled up so that the garden became a forest.
The reception hall is based on the interior of the Swedenborgian Church in San Francisco,
increased in scale to hold the large reception desk. The central lobby is a living room done in
huge scale with a large fireplace. It is furnished with comfortable chairs and sofas arranged
around small coffee tables.

Its name is based on Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, it’s another resort at the Walt
Disney World Resort. The two hotels do not share themes. The Grand Californian is a
Craftsman theme, while the Grand Floridian is of a Victorian theme.

An expansion of Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will increase accommodations more
than 30 percent. The 2.5-acre expansion on the hotel's south side will add more than 200
new hotel rooms and 50 two-bedroom, a new swimming pool, and extra parking spaces. The
vacation villas planned to include kitchens, living and dining areas.

In September 2007, the Disneyland Resort announced an expansion to the hotel that
included the first Disney Vacation Club accommodations on the west coast, and increased
the hotel capacity by more than 30% to over 1000 rooms. When it completed, it will became
the third largest hotel in Orange County. The project was completed in September 2009.
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts

It is the segment of The Walt Disney Company that builds and manages the company's
theme parks and holiday resorts. It is one of four main business part of the company, the
other three are Consumer Products, Media Networks, and Studio Entertainment.

It opened in Oct. 1, 1971, with the Magic Kingdom theme park and three resort hotels. The
chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is Thomas O. Staggs, formerly the Senior
Executive Vice President and CFO. Staggs reports to Disney CEO Robert Iger. In 2009, the
company's theme parks hosted approximately 119.1 million guests, making Disney Parks the
world's most visited theme park company.

Today it is the largest area and most-visited vacation resort in the world, with four theme
parks, two water parks, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex, 20 resort hotels,
eight golf courses and several additional recreational activities.

Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel

It is a located at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, owned by The Walt Disney
Company. Disney purchased the hotel from Tokyo in 1995 and renamed it Disneyland Pacific
Hotel. The hotel was renamed again as Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel in December 2000.

Facilities

The hotel complex consists of 489 rooms which includes 29 suites. At the ground floor are
the lobby, restaurants, a gift shop and recreational facilities. Over 30,000 square feet for
meeting space, and a 7250-square-foot ballroom. There is also an outdoor swimming pool
and California Screamin' themed waterslide located on the third floor.

Tokyo Disney Resort

It is located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan. It is opened in April 15, 1983. On Sept. 4, 2001, the
resort expanded with Tokyo DisneySea. There are several resort hotels on site, but only
three are actually owned by the resort. Tokyo Disney Resort is fully owned and operated by
The Oriental Land Company and is licensed by the Walt Disney Company.

It is Disney's second resort complex outside the United States, opened on April 12, 1992, as
the Euro Disney Resort. It features two theme parks, a golf course, an entertainment
complex and six Disney resort hotels.

Its properties sit on 4940 acres and are divided into parks, shopping center, and resorts.

Shanghai Disney Resort

In November 2009, Disney received approval from the central government of China to build
a Disney theme park in the Pudong district of Shanghai. The resort is expected to open in
2014. A groundbreaking ceremony commenced on the 7th April 2011.
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort

It is Disney's fifth resort and it’s second in Asia, opened September 12, 2005.Currently, the
resort consists of one theme park and two hotels, with land reserved for future expansion. It
is owned and operated by Hong Kong International Theme Parks. The first phase of Hong
Kong Disneyland Resort occupies 320 acres.

Disney Cruise Line

It was formed in 1995. These three ships- Disney Magic and Disney Wonder began operation
in 1998 and 1999 and the Disney Dream began operation in 2011. The ships offer three, four
and seven night Caribbean cruises, each with a stop at Disney's private island in the
Bahamas, Castaway Cay. One additional ship will join Disney's fleet in 2012.
