Mobile No: 9398067967 Dear Mr. Durga Prasad, LETTER OF APPOINTMENT With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, management is pleased to appoint you in our organization with effect from 29% January’2021 on the following terms and conditions. 1, DESIGNATION & PLACE OF POSTING: ‘You will be designated as ‘Sr. Executive - Stores? and job location is Jawar Project, Madhya Pradesh. 2. REMUNERATION / EMOLUMENTS: ‘Your Cost to Company will be Rs.4,56,000/- (Rupees: Four Lakhs and Fifty Six Thousand Only) per annum inclusive of all allowances. The Breakup of the CTC is given in Annexure-I. 3. WORKING HOURS: ‘You will be governed by working hours as prevailing in the establishment and as notified from time to time. 4, PROBATION: ‘You shall be on probation for a period of Six Months from the date of joining. Subject to satisfactory ‘completion of the period of probation or such extended period of probation thereof as the company may in its absolute jon decide and on your being found suitable in all respects, your services will be ‘confirmed. Decision of the management in this regard shall be final and binding. If it is considered that you are not suitable, your services are liable to be terminated without any further notice during the probation period. 5. CONFIRMATION: (On your successful completion of probation period your services shall be deemed to be confirmed in case ‘you don’t” get any extension letter on probation from HR Dept. 6. DUTIES: ‘You will be required to devote your whole time and attention to promote the interests of the organization and the performance of such duties as may be assigned to you the work assigned from time to time. You will engage yourself in work efficiently, diligently and faithfully to the best of your ability. 7. NO SIMULTANEOUS EMPLOYMENT: ‘You will not undertake any other trade, occupation, employment or business directly or indirectly, wholly or partly either honorary or remuneratory, without the prior written permission of the organization. P 491-80-2235 3670 I F: +91-80-2295 3671 Cont....2 GVPR DURGA PRASAD T 8, SECRECY: During the period of your employment with the company or thereafter, you will not divulge to any other person, orally or in writing or in any manner whatsoever, any information, data, knowledge, skills, trade secrets relating to the affairs of the organization or its allied / associated / subsidiary companies, which you may have acquired by reason of employment with the organization. 9, TRAINING: ‘You are liable to be deputed for training in our collaborators establishment or such other establishments / institutions that the company management may deem necessary. In such an event, you would be required to sign a suitable service bond / undertaking to work for a specified time period after completion and retum from training. 10. MEDICAL FITNESS: ‘Your employment is subjected to being found medically fit by a qualified registered medical practitioner. You shall at any time in future be subject to medical examination as may be required by us to ascertain the state of your health. If you are declared medically unfit on such medical examination or if you refuse 10 subject yourself to such medical examination as required, you shall be deemed to have voluntarily resigned from employment with effect from the date the Registered Medical Practitioner declares you medically unfit or you fail to present yourself before the Registered Medical Practitioner for carrying out such medical examination, 11, TERMINATION OF SERVICE: Either party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of one month on the other, save and accept that the company may at its option pay salary in liew of the notice period to terminate employment with immediate effect, Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7days would ‘make you loose your lien on employment. In such case your employment shall automatically come to an end without any notice of termination or notice pay. ‘You will be governed by the laid down code of conduct of the company and if there is any breach of the same or non conformance of contractual obligation or with the terms and conditions laid down in the employment contract, your service can be terminated without any notice; notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated herein the company reserves the right to invoke other legal remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest. ‘No notice period is required in case denial of transfer / deputation from your end, the company activities / Project scope reduced by the client and the existing assignment got accomplished / modified by the respective department or handover the work to the sub-contractor or any other eventuality of suspension of work or any other related reduction of scope of work. 12, RETIREMENT: You will retire on reaching the age of superannuation which shall be S8yrs unless you are otherwise disqualified due to continued ill-health, physical or mental disability and the like in which case you shall be relieved earlier compulsorily. The Date of Birth furnished by you in the standard Application Form/Service record shall be final and binding upon you for all purposes of services with the company. 13. TRANSFER: ‘You may be required to work in any shift as required by management and are liable to be rotated from one shift to another shift at the sole discretion of the management. P :#91-80-2235 3670 I F : +91-80-2235 3671 GVPR DURGA PRASAD T + 14, SEARCH: You are liable to search by security staff or any other competent person at the time of entry ‘and leaving the company premises or at any time during your stay in the premises. 15, POSTAL ADDRESS: ‘Any notice, order, charge sheet, communication or intimation sent to the address furnished by you and centered in the company records shall be deemed to have been served upon and received for all purposes of such communication / notice etc. You shall inform any change in your address within 48 hrs to the HR department which shall be records and considered as your new address for all our future communications. 16, SAFE CUSTODY OF COMPANY PROPERTY: You will be responsible for all the documents / computer discs / materials / items / tools etc which are in ‘your use / custody / possession in safe and good condition and return the same while leaving the services of ‘the organization or as and when required .If you fail to do so, the company management may withhold full and final settlement payment. No Due certificates to be obtained from all concemed Departments in regard to the handing over the files ete to successor orto the person allotted. 17, OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: In all matters related to your service conditions, conduct and discipline you will be bound to abide by such rules and regulations in force and such directions as may be given from time to time, you are bound to follow the commonly accepted code of conduct. It is mandatory to submit all required documents which are mentioned in the checklist which has been given along with offer letter. This letter of appointment is being issued on the clear understanding that you have furnished the management with all necessary information to enable us to evaluate your credibility for employment and that you have supplied is true and correct. Should it be found afterwards that you have given wrong, incorrect, and insufficient or misrepresented the facts, management may take disciplinary action against you or may terminate your services without any notice or communication in lieu thereof. 18. DISPUTES JURISDICTION: In case of any dispute and / or difference arising between the parties hereto out of this appointment, the matter shall be preferable to the courts of appropriate jurisdiction only in Hyderabad.
