4. SALARY REVIEW

5. PROBATION PERIOD
Initially, every employee will be appointed on probation for a period of six months
from the date of his/her joining including extended period, if any. lf in the opinion of
the company such employee is found to be suitable for the post in which he/she is
appointed, the company will confirm his/her services. During the probation period,
employee is not entitled to any leave. lf the employee is constrained to attend any
function or to absent from the duty, he should obtain the permission of his/her Head
of the Department in order to treat his absence as 'authorized absence'. otherwise,
his/her absence shall be treated as unauthorized absence and the management will
consider the same negatively at the time of confirming his service.
