Situated in the resort of Marmaris, in an excellent location between the bussling main street
and the main beach of Marmaris. This lively and very popular hotel is well suited for families
and all ages alike.

LOCATION

Only 70 m. (2 minutes walking distance) to the main beach. 1.9 km to the cosmopolitan
centre, with Marmaris’s famous shopping bazaar, amazing nightlight and multimillion dollar
marinas. 50 metres to the nearest bars, supermarkets & restaurants (at the most). Travel only
2,5 kilometres or 10 minutes by local transport to the idyllic neighbouring resort of İçmeler
boasting magnificent scenery and beach. 90 kilometres, 1½ hour drive to Dalaman
international airport.

BUILDING

The hotel was built in 1989 and renovate in winter of 2011/12. Last renovation has been done
in winter 2013/14. The hotel complex has 471 rooms in total comprising of Standard
double/Twin Rooms with Land View 297, Standard Double/Twin Rooms with Sea View 48,
Standard Triple Rooms 30, Standard Quadruple Rooms 4, Junior Suites 16, King Suite 1,
Family A (1 Bedroom + 1 Living Room) 43 and Family B (2 Bedrooms + 1 Living Room) 32.
Separated over 4 blocks, 2 of them joined to the main entrance and lobby area.
TRANSPORTATION

Public buses passing the hotel approx every 5 minutes in to the centre of Marmaris or Icmeler.

ROOMS

Rooms are decorated in a very modern style and are airy and light.
All rooms have balcony, bath and/or shower, wardrobes, air-conditioning, direct dial
telephone; satellite tv with free channels, Pay TV (extra charge), safe box (extra charge),
hairdryer and mini bar, tea/coffee facilities & wifi connection (extra charge).
Standard rooms – facilities as above and have either a double or twin beds.
Family rooms - facilities as above, consist of one bedroom with living area sleeping up to
four people ( 2 sleeping in living area with sofa beds) or two bedrooms with living area
sleeping up to six people (2 sleeping in living area with sofa beds).
Disabled rooms have been specially adapted for wheelchair use.
All rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and bed linen changed three times per week.
