IPO Application through Axis Net Banking

Part A: Register for ASBA if you Haven’t done yet.

Part B: Apply for the IPO.

Part A
Step 1: Login to your Axis Net Banking Account.

Step 2: Go to ‘Investments -> Online IPO/Rights issue’

Step 3: Click on ‘Register for ASBA’

Step 4: Fill the required details such as Depository Name, Beneficiary No., DP ID, Client ID, PAN,
Investors’ name and email ID. Click On Proceed.

Step 5: Confirm the details by OTP.

 Part B
Step 1: Login to your Axis Net Banking Account. Go to ‘Investments -> Online IPO/Rights issue’

Step 2: Select the registered Details and click on ‘Apply for Equity IPO/Rights Issue’.
Step 3: Select the particular IPO from ‘All Available IPO’ list and click on ‘View IPO Details’.

Step 4: Go through the IPO details and click on ‘Initiate Payment’.

Step 5: Select the Bank account and Investor category (RIIs (Individuals applying up to Rs. 2 lakhs and
Individuals/HUF/Trusts etc. applying for > Rs. 2 Lakhs) and Proceed.
Step 6: Enter the Bid Quantity in ‘Multiple of Bid Lot’ and Bid Price (Do not select cut-off price. Please
select the Bid Price Text button and enter the Bid amount).

Step 7: Confirm the details and take the screenshot of acknowledgment.
