About LEAP
LEAP, our Corporate Campus Program is meticulously designed for nurturing and grooming young minds
as future business leaders. It is a 12-month fast-track journey, with a steep learning curve preparing you
for being a leader in our diversified business group. 
The journey contains rigorous exposure across various functions of the business, working alongside
industry experts thus providing you with hands on experience. It includes training, coaching and
leadership interaction opportunities that allow you to build relationships and take advantage of career
opportunities across the group.
