Move Out Cleaning Charges

When you vacate your apartment, the following charges can be assessed against your security deposit. We are
furnishing this information to you to make you aware of our charges. Please note the prices listed below only
indicate the minimum charges you could face your actual charges maybe higher than those listed below. To protect
yourself at the time you vacate, please be sure to inspect the apartment with your resident manager or the designated
agent.

Trash Removal: $ 25.00/bag Soap Dishes: $ 15.00 each

Failure to Return Apartment Keys: $ 25.00 each Plus Labor
Failure to Return Common Area Door Keys: $ 50.00 each Towel Bars: $ 15.00 each
Failure to Return Mailbox Keys: $ 25.00 each Plus Labor
Failure to Return Garage Keys: $ 50.00 each Bath Mirror(s):
Failure to Return Garage Remote: $ 75.00 each Single Sink: $ 35.00 each
Failure to Return Parking permit: $ 25.00 each Double Sink: $ 95.00 each
Smoke Alarm: $ 30.00 each Plus Labor
Light Bulbs: $ 1.50 each Storm Door Glass: $ 70.00 each

Carpet replacement and sheetrock repairs will be based on the actual invoice price of the work. You may be subject
to additional charges that are not listed above based upon final move out inspection.
