Compact Disc, DVD, Hard Disk or any other means are sole property of SPC. Such video
classes under watermark containing my name and contact number has been provided to
me by SPC under the terms of direct to home purchase executed by me.

c) I confirm and undertake that the direct to home service as mentioned above is being
availed by me from SPC for my viewing and learning alone. I further confirm and
undertake to protect the video and its content against any unauthorized copying,
recording, reproduction and / or distribution in any form.

d) I hereby confirm and agree that in the event of any unauthorized video copying,
recording, reproduction and / or distribution of any video which bear watermark
containing my name and contact number, I would be financially liable to SPC towards
any financial losses borne by SPC and also will be liable under relevant Sections of the
copyrights Act,1957, IT Act, 2000 & Indian Penal Court on account of such unauthorized
video transmission or leakage.
