TECHNICAL STUDY

PRODUCTION PROCESS/PROCESS FLOW

Production Process

To ensure that our products are safe to be consumed, we make sure to follow the

guidelines to ensure a clean and healthy environment in our production process. Our meat are

made sure to be properly kept and a health inspector is visiting regularly. The ingredients of our

dishes are fresh and delivered to our kitchen every morning. Since Rapsa Inihaw Republic is

located in Solano, a municipality in the province of Nueva Vizcaya, its goal is to cater not only

to locals but also to travelers or tourists of various ages.

There are two sub-aspects to the delivery of both product and service at Rapsa Inihaw

Republic: the material inputs, and the production of grilled meat. This part will discuss the

process of both sides of operation, including the costs of production.

 Production Input

Rapsa Inihaw Republic start-up expenses and funding are shown in Appendix 1 and 2, List of

Tools & Equipment and the List of Supplies & Materials, respectively. The majority of these

funds are used to build the facility and provide capital for one month of operating expenses,

initial inventory and other one-time expenses.

Appendix 1. Shows the List of Tools & Equipment. The total cost amounted to Php 374,750. The

list includes the most expensive of the equipment is the Soda Machine which costs Php

73,000.00 for a 5-in-1 unit. The list also includes a variety of glasses for the beverages to be

served at Rapsa Inihaw Republic. A total of 26 items are enumerated in the table which will be

used in the production and service operations.

Building

Rapsa Inihaw will be an 18×20 single type building. Our shop is near the location of many

establishments such as Mamuric Network TV Station, Japan Surplus, 7/11 and Solano market.

Rapsa Inihaw Republic is the easiest to see and accessible because the location with less

competitors near the area. Rapsa Inihaw also provided many car parks and table for customers

because we can’t forecast about the amount of customer who come to our shop in a day. In

addition, our restaurant has a friendly retro ambiance with vintage interior designs to attract

customers.

Restaurant Design Layout

1. Signage- we set the signage of our business in front of our restaurant by using visible

and clear font with the Name and Logo of our business.

2. Interior Decoration- Rapsa Inihaw is designed to make customer feel comfortable and

relaxed. We paint the wall retro and hang pictures of our logo, menu, permit and

licenses, and any other artistic wall hangings for our customers to be easily notice

with.

3. Facilities- we choose wooden chairs, table and counter tops for a harmonious and

retro vibe. For our customer satisfaction, we include our restaurant:

Waste Disposal

The various waste materials produced by industries maybe classified generally as solids, gaseous

or liquid. Solid wastes are directly related to aloud pollution, gas liquid to air and water pollution,

although all of them have combined and interrelated effects on pollution. Although our products mostly

we need plastic cups and other non-biodegradable objects, we input big garbage bins that are classified

if it is recycled or not.
