That the employer shall be at liberty (without discharging or impairing my liability under this

guarantee) to treat and deal with the said employee on all occasions and in all respects as though I

were liable to the employer jointly with him/her and not merely as a surety to his/her behalf.

That if the employee negligently misuses the employer’s property(ies) or embezzles the employer’s

money or causes the employer to incur loss or losses he should not in the normal course of business

lose, I, the guarantor shall indemnify the employer or his personal representative(ies) the total

amount so lost or embezzled by the employee.

That the guarantor shall not be discharged or released from this guarantee by any arrangement

made between the employee and the employer with or without the assent of the guarantor or by

any alteration in the obligation undertaken by the contract or by any forbearance whether as to

payment or time performance or otherwise.
