Project Name : Adagium PACS.

Role : Software Test Engineer.

Description:

Agadium PACS is the desktop application used by process associates in customer service center. By using
this application process associates will get to know all the details of prepaid & post paid customers
information such as customer registered name & address info,CDR,SIM activation date, SIM
replacement details etc while handling customer queries. It helps process associates to log & track
customer previous interactions with executives on different queries. It allows them to process waiver to
prepaid customers in certain conditions like wrong charges & exceptional cases where customer insisted
them for waiver for VAS services.

Project 2: From Dec 2021 to Till Date

Client : Bharti Airtel Ltd

Project Name : UD (Unified Desktop)

Role : Software Test Engineer.

Tools & Technology : Manual Testing,HP ALM

Description:

UD (Unified Desktop) is the desktop application used by Airtel process associates while handling inbound
customer queries. UD application helps PA to know all the VAS (Value added services) services activated
on customer number,To deactivate VAS services if customer requests for deactivation. UD allows PA to
activate VAS on customer number if customer requests for VAS (Like Hellotunes,MCA etc) on rental
basis. It reflects all the VAS rental charges related transactions happens from customer account & they
can process waiver for VAS charges from UD if customer asks within 24Hrs after activation.UD captures
customers current & last 3 handset models along with IMEI numbers.UD decision tree makes PA easy to
handle customer queries.
Responsibilities:

• Actively participated in Teleconferencing with the clients, Business analysts, Designers and
Development team in order to understand the Requirements and specifications of the project.
• Authoring the Test Cases and high level Test Scenarios to cover every aspect of the functionality.
• Performed Functional and Regression Testing, Agile Testing.
• Executing scripts in Quality Center and raising defects if any and tracking it till closure.
• Validating all the functionalities of the application to ensuring that they meet Bharti Airtel Ltd
Quality standards.
• Gone through the Requirements documents and Participated in KT’s.
• Providing adequate support to the developers for defect analysis.
• Reviewed functional and technical requirements.
• Actively participated in Teleconferencing with the clients, sponsors and end users every week
regarding the status of the project.
• Conducted Smoke Testing, Functionality testing, and Regression testing.
