Training Contract

This training agreement is made between ________________________________


(employee) and ________________________________ (employer), the parties agree and
covenant to be bound by the terms set forth in this agreement as follows;

A.TRAINEE
Trainee shall employ as a sales representative on a full time basis under this agreement in
this capacity. A quota of 30,000 pesos is required to reach by Trainee thru selling (in-house and
online) to continue the effectivity of this contract.
Trainee shall have the following duties and understand undertake the following
responsibilities;
 Maintain cleanliness of the store premise
 Handle walk in customers
 Sell and promote items online
 Target the 15days quota
Trainee shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in
similar positions including other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.

A. Performance of duties
Trainee shall perform assigned duties and responsibilities in a professional manner in good
faith and to the best of employee skills abilities talents and experiences.
 Be always on time, should notify 2 days before date of absent with a valid reason.
 No work no pay.

B. Termination
Grounds for automatic termination
 Tardiness
 Not reaching the required the 15days quota of 30,000

C. Term
Fixed term trainee employment under this agreement shall begin on August 2, 2021 will end
on August 16,2021.

*Realesing of salary and commission 6 days after end of contract.


C.2 SCHEDULE OF WORK
*Twice a week

D. Resignation
Resignation letter should be submitted 10 days prior to the resignation date. Failure to
submit the letter 10 days before the last day of work, last pay of salary won’t be given.

E. Compensation
As compensation for the services provided by the trainee under this agreement, employer
will pay employee 380 pesos a day.

 No work no pay.

F. Commission
There would be a 4% commission for every item sold by the sales trainee within the store
premise, while 9% on home based.
